The Hopetoun Tea Rooms, originally located in the Block Arcade Melbourne since 1892, recently relocated to 421 Bourke Street with a brand-new fit out continuing the tradition of providing a fine tearoom experience and maintaining the tradition associated with the brand.

Raven Architects assisted in the procurement of the Hopetoun Tea Rooms Bakeshop located next door to the Tea Rooms in McKillop Street. In maintaining the tradition of the existing brand, the fit-out design concept evokes a sense of luxury and heritage, blending modern elements with classic design.

Through the use of dark grained timber, gold trimmings, brushed brass fixtures and Italian marble the fit-out focuses on attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience reflects the brand’s philosophy in its extensive product range.
