81 Bay Wine Bar & Shop features a 10 metre French oak and marble long bar comfortably seating up to 20 guests. Baix Restaurant features a contrasting moody, warm and intimate environment through the use of plush grey carpet flooring, stormy dark grey stone clad walls and surrounded by French oak and Italian leather booth seating. Custom halo pendant lights are suspended from the ceiling and concealed LED lighting wash the walls with ambient light setting the mood.
