The Johnson Serviced Offices

The Johnson Serviced Offices are located within the mixed use development The Johnson Hotel. The offices are accessed off the main hotel entrance lobby at street level. The original building was stripped back to its bare structure and all previous services removed being of no architectural or historical significance.

The serviced offices include a complete new fitout including 3 metre high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass partitions taking full advantage of available natural light, client kitchenettes, copy stations, meeting rooms and boardrooms with views over the landscaped courtyard entrance and internal light court.

Built in 1967, the existing 14 level modernist style building was designed by architect Karl Langer and formerly occupied by the Main Road Department up until 2012. Due to the buildings architectural and historical significance, it was listed on the Queensland Heritage Register in June 2014.
