The Portsea Golf Clubhouse is positioned on the south side of the existing Portsea Golf Course at the end of the famous Mornington Peninsula Coast offering a contemporary 4.5 star golf resort destination.
The accommodation includes 24 spacious hotel rooms with stunning views over the surrounding golf course and natural site surrounds, designer fittings and stylish furnishings. Cut into a hill, the sub-ground floor of the two-level clubhouse comprises the guest accommodation rooms with en-suites and balcony space together with change rooms and lockers, golf cart/buggy store, back-of-house facilities and cool rooms. The upper ground floor, which has lift access, houses the foyer, administration offices, a members’ lounge and dining room, bar, the pro shop, spike bar and kitchen. Fully ducted heating and cooling services the clubhouse while the guest rooms have individual reverse-cycle split-system units.
The external finishes include a mixed use of natural stone rock walling, solid hardwood and exposed hot dipped galvanized steel elements, vertical lined timber weatherboards, exposed aggregate concrete terraces and paths, composite aluminium feature wall panels rendered walls in natural colour tones inspired by the sites natural surrounds.
