This single level luxury residence is an example of uncompromised quality and design. No expense was spared such as the generous use of natural travertine marble throughout creating a cohesive sense of light, earth and water.

The north facing U shaped house design was derived as a direct response to the challenges presented by the existing site conditions. A central oasis is created directly off the living zone perfect for personal use and entertaining guests with privacy. Floor to ceiling double glazed windows open out to the central courtyard blurring the line between interior and exterior living.

The outdoor zones and accompanying Paul Bangay designed gardens can be seen from every room in the house creating eye catching elements bathed in natural light even on dull days.
